Devlog #16.5: No need to start over!
It's a .5 because it's NOT posted 1 day after the previous devlog.
We know that if you stop playing a level in a game, the next time you play it, you'll have to start over. It even happens with checkpoints, right?
Well, THAT won't happen in Inanimate Insanity Miracles!
You'll see a (or
if it's an online level) on a level if you played it before but stopped at a checkpoint.
The play button will be purple instead of green when you're about to play a level that has an icon seen above the line.
(Holding shift while clicking play or right-clicking the play button will make you start over instead of starting from last checkpoint)
And on the ghost recording of your run on a level with checkpoints, only the successful parts/attempts will count.
Inanimate Insanity Miracles
An SMBW-styled platformer with 12 playable characters and user-made levels!
